To be the ideal candidate, the future member of our maintenance team will have to;

Perform preventive maintenance such as regular inspections to ensure that buildings are clean and safe (corridors, stairs, elevators), as well as security systems such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, ventilation and others. ;
Replace defective toilets, sinks or showers, repair faucets or clear drains;
Carry out repairs according to the service requests received, such as painting, plastering, basic carpentry and joinery work, floor covering, finishing works, as well as repair or maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning systems e.t.c;
Replace damaged doors, handles and locks;
Replace the electric bulbs in common spaces;
Actively participate in responding to service calls;
Actively participate in the optimization of real estate maintenance operations and the development of best practices;
Optimally manage the department’s purchases, budgets and inventories while respecting client requests and needs;
Ensure that repairs and maintenance are done according to the required quality standards;
Ensure the proper functioning of mechanical facilities;
Without forgetting;
Own own tools and car (and valid driver’s license);
A clean criminal record;
Have at least two (2) years of experience in the field of maintenance and/or repair;
Demonstrate reliability, patience, organization and concern for a job well done;
Be available for emergency service calls (1 week per month);
Being solution-driven, collaborative and delivering outstanding customer service;
Having a positive attitude and good team spirit is essential!
