    After nearly three years in Quebec City living in a Girescom apartment, I can only say positive things about my interactions with the entire leasing, management, and maintenance team! A big thank you for your great work!

    The few times I've had to contact them for repairs or, recently, for my lease assignment, the Girescom team has been responsive in emails and dedicated to doing things right, despite the fact that they are small and manage a lot of files. In fact, they wrapped everything up in just a few days; it was truly impressive. Thank you!

    We have lived in three different apartments managed by three different management companies, and Girescom is by far the best. We found a wonderful apartment at a very reasonable price. Girescom sent their maintenance men to make all the necessary repairs when we moved in.

    I recommend this property management company; it was my best experience since arriving in Quebec City.
