Building Maintenance Technician
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Carry out maintenance work.
- Purchase the equipment needed to carry out the work.
- Enter the details of the work carried out in our management platform.
- Respect the priorities, deadlines and planning established by the maintenance coordinator.
- Inspect buildings and identify anomalies.
- Perform on-rotation care (evenings and weekends).
- Maintain the company’s quality standards in all interventions.
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and, if necessary, with external suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Desired Profile:
- (2) years of maintenance experience.
- Have the basic tools.
- Have a car and a valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of IT tools and ability to use management platforms.
- Good communication both orally and in writing with tenants and teams.
- Professional and positive attitude, with a good sense of organization, autonomy and priorities, as well as an excellent ability to collaborate and work in a team.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and intervene effectively.
- Good adaptability and versatility in different situations and types of interventions.
