What is the payment method for my apartment ?
The payment for your apartment is made via automatic withdrawal.
Please note that each payment corresponds to a single apartment; it is not possible to combine payments for two different apartments.How does the lease renewal process work at Girescom?
We will send you your lease renewal notice by email a few months before the end of your lease (usually in January).
If you agree to renew, you can respond to us directly.
If not, please let us know that you do not wish to renew.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the lease will be automatically renewed.
I have changed my phone number and/or email address since the signing of my lease, who should I notify?

What is considered a major emergency?
Do I need to be present during the work?
Our maintenance staff have all the necessary access to enter your unit, carry out the work, and leave. However, this can only be done with your approval.
Quels types d’assurance habitation dois‑je avoir pour mon logement ?
Yes, home insurance is mandatory and must include liability coverage of at least $2,000,000.
Can I assign my lease ?

Can I have a pet in my accommodation?
It depends on the accommodation and the terms of your lease. Some buildings allow animals under certain conditions. Please consult us before adopting one.
How can I request a repair or report a problem?
You can request an interview by sending us an email or by filling out the service request form available on our site. Urgent requests (leakage, faulty heating, etc.) must be reported immediately.
Can I add or remove a parking space?
