Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Arrive punctually at various buildings to warmly welcome visitors.
• Conduct apartment tours, highlighting their main features.
• Assist visitors in their search process, taking into account their specific needs.
• Advise and guide candidates toward the options that best suit them.
• Carefully inspect apartments to identify areas for improvement and relay relevant information to the maintenance team.
• Take high-quality photos for advertising purposes to promote the apartments.
• Be available, when needed, to hand over keys and serve as a point of contact for related matters.
• Follow up with visitors by phone and keep the visit schedule up to date.
• Complete, organize, and submit necessary administrative documents.
• Actively collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Profile Sought:

• Own a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Be available in the evenings and on weekends (flexible schedule required).
• Maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances.
• Demonstrate active listening skills and good judgment.
• Communicate openly, respectfully, and constructively.
• Show resourcefulness and initiative.
• Be motivated to finish each day with a sense of accomplishment.
• Be determined to achieve goals and contribute to the team’s success.
• Enjoy frequent travel, including during the winter season.

Position Status and Schedule:

• Occasional/seasonal employment.
• Part-time, maximum 24 hours per week.
• Duration of employment: 3 to 5 months, depending on the rental period.
