Senior Maintenance Technician
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Maintenance:
- Perform maintenance work.
- Purchase the materials needed to carry out the work.
- Record details of the work performed in our management platform.
- Adhere to the priorities, deadlines, and schedule established by the maintenance coordinator.
- Inspect buildings and identify issues.
- Work on-call shifts (evenings and weekends).
- Maintain the company’s quality standards in all work performed.
- Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and, as needed, with external suppliers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
- Perform any other related tasks.
- Team management:
- Support the maintenance team in carrying out work, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and act as a resource person for operations, including on-call periods.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Manager in organizing, prioritizing, and optimizing operations.
- Conduct routine inspections.
Desired Profile:
- Between three (3) and five (5) years of maintenance experience, including team management experience.
- Must have basic tools.
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
- Good knowledge of computer tools and ability to use management platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with tenants and teams.
- Professional and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to prioritize, as well as excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and respond effectively.
- Strong adaptability and versatility in handling different situations and types of tasks.

Salary: $34.00 per hour
