Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Maintenance:

• Perform maintenance work.
• Purchase the materials needed to carry out the work.
• Record details of the work performed in our management platform.
• Adhere to the priorities, deadlines, and schedule established by the maintenance coordinator.
• Inspect buildings and identify issues.
• Work on-call shifts (evenings and weekends).
• Maintain the company’s quality standards in all work performed.
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, as needed, with external suppliers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
• Perform any other related tasks.

- Team management:

• Support the maintenance team in carrying out work, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and act as a resource person for operations, including on-call periods.
• Collaborate with the Real Estate Manager in organizing, prioritizing, and optimizing operations.
• Conduct routine inspections.

Desired Profile:

• Between three (3) and five (5) years of maintenance experience, including team management experience.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Good knowledge of computer tools and ability to use management platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with tenants and teams.
• Professional and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to prioritize, as well as excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and respond effectively.
• Strong adaptability and versatility in handling different situations and types of tasks.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

40 hours/week

Salary: $34.00 per hour
