Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Perform maintenance work.
• Purchase the materials required to complete maintenance work.
• Record completed work in our property management system.
• Adhere to the priorities, deadlines, and schedule established by the maintenance coordinator.
• Conduct building inspections and identify issues.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings and weekends).
• Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards.
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, as needed, with external suppliers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Must provide basic hand tools.
• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with computers and property management software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with tenants and teams.
• Professional and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, as well as excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and respond effectively.
• Strong adaptability and versatility when dealing with different situations and types of tasks.

Job status and schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
