Rental Technician
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process rental applications and follow up with applicants.
- Screen applicants and evaluate the eligibility of rental applications.
- Verify credit reports, references, and required documents.
- Prepare leases and rental documents for electronic signature.
- File and organize rental records.
- Manage lease transfers, lease amendments, parking spaces, and storage units.
- Update rental records and internal databases.
- Respond to tenant inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all information handled.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
- Professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
- Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency with computer tools, management platforms, and electronic signatures.
- Strong written and spoken French skills.
- Knowledge of the rental real estate sector is a plus.

Job Status and Schedule:
- Full-time, between 30 and 32 hours per week.
- On-site.
- Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour
