Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Report to various buildings on time to warmly welcome visitors.
• Conduct tours of the units, highlighting their key features.
• Assist visitors in their search process, taking their specific needs into account.
• Advise and guide prospective tenants toward the options that best suit them.
• Thoroughly inspect the units to identify areas for improvement and relay relevant information to the maintenance team.
• Take high-quality photos for advertising purposes to promote the units.
• Be available, as needed, to hand over keys and serve as a point of contact for this matter.
• Follow up with visitors by phone and keep the visit schedule up to date.
• Complete, file, and submit the necessary administrative documents.
• Actively collaborate with the leasing team to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be available in the evenings and on Saturdays (flexible schedule required).
• Must maintain a positive attitude in all circumstances.
• Must demonstrate active listening skills and good judgment.
• Must communicate openly, respectfully, and constructively.
• Be resourceful and proactive.
• Be motivated to finish each day strong, with a sense of accomplishment.
• Be determined to achieve your goals and contribute to the team’s success.
• Enjoy frequent travel, including during the winter months.
