Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Perform maintenance work.
• Purchase the necessary materials to carry out the work.
• Record details of the work performed in our management platform.
• Adhere to the priorities, deadlines, and schedule established by the maintenance coordinator.
• Inspect buildings and identify issues.
• Work on-call shifts on a rotating basis (evenings and weekends).
• Maintain the company’s quality standards in all work performed.
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, as needed, with external suppliers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• (2) years of maintenance experience.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Good knowledge of computer tools and ability to use management platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with tenants and teams.
• Professional and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, as well as excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and respond effectively.
• Strong adaptability and versatility in handling various situations and types of tasks.

Job Status and Schedule:

• Permanent position.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Compensation: Starting at $28.00 per hour
