Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Perform maintenance work.
  • Purchase the materials needed to complete the work.
  • Record details of the work performed in our management platform.
  • Adhere to the priorities, deadlines, and schedule established by the maintenance coordinator.
  • Inspect buildings and identify issues.
  • Work on-call shifts on a rotating basis (evenings and weekends).
  • Maintain the company’s quality standards in all work performed.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and, as needed, with external suppliers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and the efficiency of maintenance operations.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Must have basic tools.
  • Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
  • Good knowledge of computer tools and the ability to use management platforms.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with tenants and teams.
  • A professional and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, as well as excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and take effective action.
  • Strong adaptability and versatility when dealing with different situations and types of tasks.
