Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish an automated service call management system (creation, prioritization, assignment, and tracking of requests).
• Structure and standardize preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, response times, and satisfaction.
• Create and maintain a detailed task schedule for the maintenance team (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual).
• Monitor team performance and propose continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize communication and coordination of interventions.
• Produce periodic reports on performance and operational recommendations.

Desired Profile:

• Experience in maintenance management or operations optimization.
• Good command of digital tools and automated management systems.
• Ability to define, analyze, and interpret KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sense of priorities.
• Aptitude for documenting processes and structuring work schedules.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
