Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Prepare and send formal notices.
• Prepare and negotiate lease renewals.
• Open and track cases with the TAL, keeping information up to date in our CRM.
• Prepare the necessary case files for TAL hearings and represent landlords at hearings.
• Collaborate with various departments.
• Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.

Desired Qualifications:

• Be proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Be able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Hold a DEC in legal technology or equivalent training.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the rental real estate sector.
• Must have a good command of Microsoft 365 and legal case management tools.
• Must have a good knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to the Administrative Housing Tribunal (TAL).
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
