Leasing Agent - Rental Condos
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Follow up with prospective tenants (via phone, email, social media, etc.) and meticulously maintain the schedule of showings.
- Organize, plan, and conduct showings, showcasing the condos and the entire building while providing a professional and personalized experience.
- Welcome visitors and guide them throughout the rental process, taking their needs into account and directing them toward the most suitable options.
- Effectively manage rental applications by ensuring consistent and structured follow-up until the process is completed.
- Use digital platforms, CRM, and IT and automated tools to track applicants, centralize information, and optimize application management.
- Inspect properties, when the opportunity arises, to identify areas for improvement and relay relevant information to the appropriate parties to ensure effective follow-up.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a consistent, pleasant rental experience that aligns with the company’s quality standards.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in real estate leasing or equivalent experience in a sales- and customer service-oriented role.
- Available in the evenings and on Saturdays, with flexible hours based on operational needs.
- A positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude in all circumstances.
- Excellent listening skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and constructively with clients and colleagues.
- Dynamism, autonomy, and a sense of initiative in performing tasks.
- Rigorous and committed to a job well done, with a results-oriented approach.
- Team spirit and commitment to contributing to the achievement of objectives.
- Proficiency with technological and digital tools (e.g., digital platforms, iPad, shared calendars, software, and mobile apps).
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.

Job Status and Schedule:
- Permanent position.
- Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (between 20 and 24 hours per week).
- Compensation: Starting at $22.00 per hour
- Evening and Saturday availability required.
