The stimulating tasks awaiting you every day as a Rental Agent:

• Conduct follow-ups (phone, email, social media, etc.) with visitors and keep the viewing schedule up to date.
• Advise and guide applicants towards the options that best suit them.
• Be punctual to warmly welcome visitors.
• Show condos, highlighting their main features.
• Accompany visitors in their search process, taking into account their specific needs.
• Inspect units meticulously to identify areas for improvement and relay relevant information to the maintenance team.
• Take quality photos for promotional purposes to showcase the units.
• Be available, as needed, to hand over keys and act as a resource person for this.
• Fill out, file, and transmit necessary administrative documents.
• Actively collaborate with the rental team to ensure a consistent and professional client experience.
• Perform any other related tasks.
