Lease and Rental Dispute Manager

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Handle, prepare, and organize tenants’ litigation cases, and provide full representation before the Administrative Housing Tribunal (TAL).
  • Manage the monthly collection of rent.
  • Handle and monitor lease renewal negotiation cases.
  • Handle tenant complaints in a thorough and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments.
  • Regularly update management on the progress of cases and validate important decisions.
  • Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.

Desired profile:.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Diligence, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and with tenants.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office, as well as management systems (CRM).
