Lease and Rental Dispute Manager
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Handle, prepare, and organize tenants’ litigation cases, and provide full representation before the Administrative Housing Tribunal (TAL).
- Manage the monthly collection of rent.
- Handle and monitor lease renewal negotiation cases.
- Handle tenant complaints in a thorough and professional manner.
- Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with various departments.
- Regularly update management on the progress of cases and validate important decisions.
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.
Desired profile:.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Diligence, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and with tenants.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office, as well as management systems (CRM).
