Your role:

• Regularly inspect buildings, both inside and out, and ensure they are in good condition.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the premises.
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Quickly identify problems and follow up as needed.
• Help provide a high-quality living environment for our tenants.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of (2) two years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Must have basic tools.
• Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.
• Good computer skills and the ability to use a management platform on a smartphone.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional and positive attitude, with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a good sense of priorities.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to diagnose problems and respond effectively.
• Good adaptability and versatility when dealing with different situations and types of tasks.
